I highly recommend Andrew and his appliance installation services. I needed a microwave installed over the oven which was a bigger job than I realized. He arrived early with his entourage of equipment and tools. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The new microwave was installed beautifully and assisted us with the removal of the old microwave. I will not hesitate to use his services again when needed. Very blessed to have found him! 5 stars all the way!
Andrew was a lifesaver! We were going out of town and needed our dryer fixed very quickly! We didn’t know what the problem was and after speaking with Samsung for about an hour trying to figure it out, Andrew was there that same day to troubleshoot the problem! He replaced the heating element and had it running right away. I would definitely recommend him and plan on contacting him in the future!
I had the best response from this company in all aspects from phone contact, diagnosis and repair all done on the same day when my fairly new LG compressor died and all my freezer thawed. I was in panic mode not knowing what decisions to make. Thank goodness for this company and Andrew. He is a wizard and worked so efficiently with such expertise for what he does. Initially started with the e-mail. Few minutes later company called me to fix the appointment. Couple of hours later we’ll mannered young man called Ilia showed up and fixed my washing machine in less than 45 minutes . I had spinning problem. Everything happened within few hours. Wow… Excellent service. Knowledgeable technician. What else we customers need more than this. I am very satisfied. Will recommend to my friends and family without doubt.
